After multiple visits, the original issue MIGHT be resolved. However, I'm now left to deal with a new issue caused by the plumbing company. To make matters worse, the company is seeking payment of $150 for turning off our water. How is this charge justified? It's a quick turn of a handle. The technician, Billy, had a wonderful personality, which would be more beneficial to a better plumbing company.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Do not deal with this company, especially if you are using American Home Shield. They noted false information on my claim and refuse to fix it. And have not called me back nor fixed the issue. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.

Honesty! That’s the most impressive thing I can say about Patrick, the technician. Another company had already told us the furnace needed replacing and didn’t work. HSC could’ve went along with that and I’d be none the wiser but they didn’t. They repaired the furnace, got it back online and saved me $6-$13k!
