Kevin D was the second technician that came to my home for the clogged drain in my kitchen. He was polite, pleasant, confident and knowledgeable about his job. He was efficient and did not stop until he got the job done and done right. He answered any questions I asked about how to prevent the same problem from recurring. What I appreciate most is that he cleaned up the area under my sink where he had some spillage of dirty water, that is what I call professionalism and taking pride of his work.

This is not a good service if you are in a rush. I had two separate leaks and they couldn’t get to me within a week. So I had to hire my own separate service as my belongings were getting destroyed. Also, I am going on my 4th week and 4th visit from them to fix my AC.

I needed 3 repairs done but unfortunately 2 were a lot more complicated than I could have imagined and needed futher approval but my repair man was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He explained everything. I hope when it's approved he will return to do the job!

Home Service Corp sent a man to come fix my AC unit. The job was a complete mess and he left things unprofessional and unfinished. Thankfully, they sent 2 new men to fix the work and it turned out 100% better. I am giving a 5-star rating to Doug and Steven specifically for fixing the job and giving great customer service.

I had to have my breaker box replaced urgently. Tom Bessette and Josh were the two who came to do the work. They were punctual, kept me informed during the process, were friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure all the new breakers were labeled correctly. I appreciate their dedication to doing the job and doing it efficiently!

A/C Service with Murad was professional, quick, and easy to communicate with. He listened to my questions and patiently educated Me on my unit and how to maintain throughout the seasons. I would recommend this provider, as a courtesy he even made sure he didn't carelessly track dirt through the house which most service workers in my experience could care less. Thanks again, I'm finally cooling off and able to feel comfortable in my own home, great experience!!!

Kevin D called on his way (both times) and arrived on time for the appointment. Kevin checked out the plumbing issues and informed me exactly what was needed. Kevin is a professional, skilled, and provided great service. I would like highly recommend this company for services needed.

Service was great the repairman was on time he was very cognizant of Covid viruses and he actually wore a mask

I would like to post about a consistent excellent customer experience working with Home Service Corp. 2 days ago my hot water heater failed. Same day Home Service sent Brian to assess the problem. Following day Patrick and Dimitri arrived with a new hot water heater and had us back in business in no time. They do what they say they are going to do and keep the customer updated along the way. I couldn't be happier with their service over the years. Kathleen McBride
