Was assigned this company from my dte energy warranty on my hot water tank. When the technician came out he said my hot water tank was unrepairable. Luckily I have the replacement plan as well thru dte I was told I would be responsible for bringing the install up to code I was told it would be $332 for a list of items that I have no idea are required to bring it up to code or not but I was going on day 4 of no hot water so I paid it. When they ran my debit card they charged me twice and overdrafted my checking account for which I had to pay my overdraft fees. When I called there immediately the girl just laughed and said she must of ran it twice. I didn't think it was funny at all as I was left with no money in my checking account. They did issue me a credit which takes a few days to post and I am stuck with the overdraft fee from my bank.

The motor for our fan needed to be replaced and they came came to look at it and returned within hours after ordering a part to fix it. Very pleased with the quick response rate upon submitting a work order and the same day service to get it fixed!

Had a 10 to 4 appointment set up with them. Received a call around 3:30 from the office, saying they were an hour behind. I was upset because the tech told the office at noon they were behind, but no one called me. I was told by Michelle and Carol that I should have called to see when they were coming out. I left a voicemail for a boss last Friday when all this happened, never got a reply from him. Michelle said they weren't going to reschedule us because I prepaid. She also called me negative and condescending, because I complained that I wasted my day waiting on them. The two techs were more apologetic, than the office staff.

I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the professional and friendly service I received from Demetri Lopez and his apprentice. Before they even started the job, I was happy with how early they arrived to do the job. Unfortunately, I have gotten used to repairmen showing up in the last 15 minutes of the 4 hour service window, but they were able to come near the start of the time range. They both followed Covid-19 guidelines upon entry to my home. I was so pleased with the work they did at my home and how quickly they completed the work that I will always request Home Service and Demetri Lopez when I need plumbing work done and when I am asked if I know of a good plumber. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
