I’ve had Family heating/cooling out on 3 different occasions for ac and furnace issues. Each time the tech arrived on time and was very friendly. The repairs were reasonable and he never tried to sell me anything. He said he really liked working for the company because the owner does not push the techs to up-sell and will not tolerate it. I really trusted each technician to sell me only what I needed.

I used Family 2 years ago for an AC repair and was very happy with the work. I just used them again today for a furnace check and Ron, the tech answered all of my questions about my 20 year old furnace. I was also very pleased that he followed CDC guidelines while in my home and brought sanitizing wipes to wipe down the surfaces he touched.

Excellent and service and price on a much needed furnace and chimney sleeve. They were out in less than a week in the busy season. Everyone was very nice and professional. But the installers were great. They worked hard and cleaned up every little bit. I’ve used other furnace people for other properties and there’s no comparison. Highly recommend. I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars. Have used Family for 3 projects now. Every time I have received impeccable service. Had an electrical panel upgrade last year. The inspector said it was the nicest work he had seen. Had a furnace and AC installed yesterday. Jason and Chris were very professional and did a great job! You can see the quality of their work just looking at the units. You can tell they take pride in their work. Everything was explained to me thoroughly after and they left the area very clean. Highly recommend Family!

Ron came out on a Saturday afternoon less than an hour after my call. Did not rush and found and repaired a tricky problem. Thank you for heat again in such a mean cold snap. Very pleased.

My service tech, Ron, was professional, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood what he was explaining about my heating system.

He was courteous and respectful and I'm be only using Friendly Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs.

Most importantly this company was able to send someone out right away as I had NO heat & it was freezing in my house.
