I had my AC replaced. Everyone was professional and kind. They came in the time window they said they would. They did a great job on the install. The technicians were informative and cleaned up after they were done. I would gladly recommend them to people. I’ll be using them for some electrical updates in the future. Now when summer arrives I should be ready for hot weather.

Rich and Michael did a terrific job installing a new furnace and air conditioner in our Condo. Very professional and friendly. The salesman Dennis was also very professional. Thanks to Family for a great job!

Wanted to give a shout out to Mario B. from the Madison Heights location. He was great. Showed up on time, was very personable and helpful with the work he did and the estimates he gave us for a new lighting fixture. When we call the next time, we're going to ask for him to come back out.

Rich S, Ashton, Kyle and Esam installed our new furnace and programmable thermostat today. They were very thorough and clean.
We were pleased with our walk through with Rich. He also helped us program the App for the thermostat.

An installer named Grant and his helper (I feel terrible I forget his name) installed my AC and did an absolutely amazing job. Very kind people, quality work, I honestly couldn’t have asked for better people!

After investigating all the possibilities he was able to diagnose the issue -the compressor had a burnt out breaker inside of the air conditioning unit. Great job! Good price!

I just wanted to leave a good review for this company, and especially for the repair technician, Mario, who arrived ahead of time, was very professional and through, I would definitely use their services again, and recommended them to others. This company was recommended to me by several different individuals, and it’s obvious that they have maintained a good reputation throughout the surrounding communities.

Mario B and Mike were here to fix an electrical problem I’ve been having with some outlets. Within MINUTES the problem was identified! They installed a new socket and then tested all the other sockets that were affected to ensure that everything was working properly. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Mario B also did a quick fix to an upstairs socket that was loose and driving me crazy! I found him to be very personable! I would definitely use this company again I recommend their services! Mario and Mike made my day for sure!!!
