Daniel N. was very professional and efficient. He explained my system and made suggestions as to my care and maintenance during the year. I would recommend Family HC&E and Daniel to everyone.

Esam was sent out to repair our furnace. He could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, or helpful. If your furnace ia having trouble, he is your guy!

Spotted one of your employees on July 7 @ 5:22p heading East on 13 Mile between Dequindre & Ryan driving the company van like a bat out of hell……extreme tailgating and erratically and constantly cutting in and out of traffic. Your typical hothead driver.

On 10-25-22 Jacob & Joel put recessed lighting in my basement and family room. The whole process was flawless. They cleaned up when they were done. When I need more work done I will ask for both of them again.

We had electric power ran to the ceiling and a ceiling fixture installed. Dan and Mario, did the electrical work. It was such a pleasure having them here yesterday. They were professional, neat and a pleasure to have in our home. Before starting, they explained how they would make the installation and went about the task. The finished product exceeded my expectation. We have lived here 27 years and this is the first time having a ceiling light in that room. No need for a lamp just flip the switch. All around, we are very pleased. Dan and Mario are good people who did an excellent job. Thank you so much!! I would gladly recommend the company and would not hesitate to use your services again.

We called at 4:30pm the day before and the company scheduled us the first thing the next day. Our heater went out during “the great snowstorm of 2022” late in the day. Ron came here actually a little early and was only here for an hour to fix our heater’s ignition. He stayed a bit to make sure that heat was coming out and gave us some good tips for when we wish to replace the whole unit. I will always recommend this place! Thank you so much!

Had issue with freezing evap coils, they were able to fit me in next day. Mario arrived within the first few minutes of the window given. Very professional and went through checklist of items to confirm what was the culprit. They installed my hvac system 7 years ago and will continue to use them should i have any issues arise. Issues have been few and far between however.
