been listening to the commercials on the radio for years..finally had a chance to use them. everything about the experience was amazing. called for whole home generator and they gave me options that covered my needs at a fraction of the cost. mario B and his side kick Mike (apprentice is guess) were great. can’t say enough good things about them. clean too!

The installers (Rich, Javier and Steph) were very professional, on time, very clean and polite. They did a wonderful job installing my new furnace and air conditioning and hot water heater. Rich did a wonderful job explaining everything to me when they were done. The price was very good. I would definitely recommend Family Heating and Cooling.

Very pleased with service from start to finish. Very informative re what I did and did not need. Clearly explained differences in options. Crew (Rich, Jauren, Stef and Andre) was awesome! Very professional, clean and communicative about what they were doing and why. At conclusion, Rich spent time walking me through the system, required maintenance and warranty. Felt that everyone took ownership of their role and pride in their work! Pricing was very competitive. I would definitely recommend.

We couldn't be more pleased with the services performed by Family Heating, Cooling & Electrical from the time Dennis came out to give us the initial quote and John came to go over additional questions and concerns before signing the final contract to the actual days of installation kudos to the team of Curtis, Ashton and Dan. They were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, friendly, if I had questions or concerns they were answered so that I could understand them. There were no messes left to clean up. The workmanship of these guys was absolutely outstanding and I would strongly recommend not only them as individuals but Family Heating, Cooling & Electrical for any type of HVAC services needed. I had used them in the past over the years to service our A/C unit and was always pleased with the results of their work and honesty and not trying to sell me anything that wasn't absolutely necessary.

Family heating and cooling installed my furnace and AC last week. It was supposed to be a two day job, but the young kids who did the install completed it in one day. Family was one of four quotes that I got, they weren’t the most expensive or the cheapest. I originally was quoted in 2020 shortly after buying my home, but decided to wait a year and see how the system performed. I called back a year later and asked if they still had my quote and could give me the updated pricing, and they did, which great. I wasn’t fully satisfied with the installation though. I mentioned it was two young kids, one of them was on his phone making personal calls and smoking his vape pen all day long every chance he was outside. They left my back door fully open the whole day that they worked, even when they were not carrying things up or down for hours. They damaged my basement wall which I have to spackle and paint. I was quoted for a 90,000 BTU furnace in whatever brand I wanted per the quote, I received an 80,000 BTU furnace and was told it’s the equivalent and the same price as the 90,000 BTU. When the installation was complete the guy who was on his phone all day asked to use my phone to call the office and settle the payment. When they left I went downstairs to check out the work. I had to spend 45 minutes vacuuming and cleaning up the wood fragments from them drilling holes, dirt and some kind of glue that ruined my gym floor mats in the basement. They put drop cloths on my stairs only, but didn’t protect my basement floor. They installed the pvc exhaust pipes up against my humidifier and I couldn’t access it to change the pad. I give them three stars for coming out the next morning and fixing the pvc exhaust issue. Disappointed because family was highly recommended and I didn’t feel like my service was the family way. I spent the hours the day before installation disassembling storage racks and clearing out their work space, I would have expected them to respect my effort and not walk all over my $300 gym floor mats with their dirty boots. The picture is what I couldn’t remove after using a carpet cleaner and sponge on the rest of it.

Update 10/25/21
My thermostat went bad which wasn’t Family’s fault, just happened to be faulty. But, while I was trying to find out why my system was short cycling, I found that the exhaust vents outside were not mortared very securely to my home. The exhaust pipe is very loose and a gap big enough for small critter to get inside if they found it. So, more work for me to complete after spending top dollar this summer. I am very please with the sales process. I shopped around and asked many questions to Nick the installation manager which he answer always very promptly. When he was was not available the ladies that answer the phone were very helpful since all my conversations were recorded in their internal systems. The 3 persons that came to installed both units were very profesional and timely. Their names were Bryan (the leader), Chandler and Javier. I asked them questions during the installation and they helped me better understand what I bought. Thank you.

The company was out to replace an old AC unit. This was the completed work in my kitchen, and now the switch for the light above the sink won't work. The screws never got put in the bottom (and won't go in) plus I have 2 lovely holes in the wall
