Airtech Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Scheduled an appointment for a crawl space furnace cleaning and Airtech came out within a couple hours. Super friendly people that were in and out within an hour. I will definitely come to them for future heating and cooling service.

Showed up 1.5 hours late while I wasn't home, and forced my (working from home) wife to continually ask for a rescheduled appointment so I could be present. They wouldn't take no for an answer. Not only did they make her extremely uncomfortable and keep her from working, they threatened her with making us pay the service call. She called me in the middle of my meeting to explain this to me. I told her send them away no matter what. 3 days letter I get an email invoice for the service fee. There will not be a next time.

We are so happy with this company. They guarantee their work, they’re trustworthy, and prices are super fair. They caught a potentially serious problem before it became dangerous and were able to fix it the same day.

Joe came over on a cold December Sunday to replace our thermostat, and now we have heat! Very grateful.

Very knowledgeable. Came on time, and identified and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly. Would recommend.

On Monday 08/01/22 - I called several recommended HVAC Companies to have our Air Conditioner looked at - It suddenly went out the evening of Sunday 07/30/22
Mark - answered the phone and immediately had me in contact with Joe - Although pretty much booked. Joe worked us in and came to our residence and determined the blower went out and needed to be replaced - We were in the process of moving out of state and needed the repair to be completed within the next 24 hours. Joe and Keith ordered a new blower and had our Air Conditioner up and running in less than 24 hours and also repaired our Humidifier.
Joe was so personable - professional and diagnosed the issue immediately and didn't try to sugar coat the diagnosis and also try and sell us anything additional.
Would highly recommend them - They were awesome!

Called for help on a Thursday pm. They came out right away on Saturday to diagnosis my furnace and a/c. My units were old and even spent the time to repair them instead of just telling me I needed new ones which I liked. Ended up replacing them by that next Thursday. Getting quality and fast services done is unheard of now a days! Would definitely recommend to anyone

I am very satisfied with Airtech Mechanical Heating & Cooling! I am in the process of selling my condo and the thermostat stopped working. I needed someone to come out quickly to fix the thermostat so I can provide the invoice to the buyer that the issue had been fixed. Keith and Marty came out the same day and fixed the thermostat. They were very professional and fast. I appreciate Airtech for coming out the same day and not charging me an arm and a leg! I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
