Not ethical at all, the guy made me pay 150 dollars for a piece costing 25 dollars! He came in to repair the furnace igniter which my husband already detected, it took him literally 10 mn for an invoice of 300 dollars! It is a scam. Stay away

The job was done quick and the service tech did not try to upsell me on additional items that were not necessary at the time. He even provided a temporary fix to small water leak to prevent further damage to our heater until we are able to replace the missing part and was excellent in answering all questions about proper maintenance. Very happy with the service!
