Airtech is a company I highly recommend. Joe was kind and got to my house when he said he would. My furnace went out and he was here the next day to install. Very reasonably priced! The old furnace was removed and the new furnace was in. They cleaned up after themselves, and giving this historic time we're in, they wore protective face masks, gloves, and foot protection to insure the safety and wellbeing of my family in my household! To sum it up, Airtech Mechanical Heating and Cooling, is a company you can trust!

Since using them last winter for a furnace install, I had them install a new A/C system on 8/14/21. Once again Joe did not fail to deliver!! Great guy, Great company!!!!!

I am unsure what happened. Airtech was contracted to me through American Shield because my furnace is out. They were very prompt about setting up an appointment which was nice. Their service time was 4pm-8pm on 12/6. They called at 4:30pm and stated they would be at my home in less than an hour. I never heard from them again. I tried to call them and there was no answer, and the warranty company who contracted then tried to get a hold of them as well. They haven't bothered to follow up at all. In the end, I hope nothing bad happened but until I hear otherwise this is the rating I am giving. I am still without heat in December.

Worst company I have ever worked with. These guys installed my AC through American Home Shield insurance company as a authorized contractor and they did not do the job right. Condenser unit keeps shutting down and wont keep up with the desired temperature. I have a 2 month old baby and I have been trying to reach these guys to fix my unit and they have been ignoring me since weeks. American home shield tried to contact them and it seems that they are ignoring them as well. 24/7 advertisement on their website is a joke.

Contacted them through American home shield on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for Thursday between 4 and 8. They never showed for that appointment and when followed they said they would be here Friday morning at 9am. They didn't show up until 6 PM after I called 3 times and called American home shield. They looked at the furnace and told me they needed to call the home warranty company and it would be 30 minutes. They then left and didn't come back. Tried to reach out to them on Saturday morning and it went to voicemail. Called American home shield and they told me that the work order was cancelled because they couldn't fix my furnace. American home shield is now sending someone else out to fix it. I have been without heat in my house for 4 days. Terrible customer service! Avoid at all costs

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit during the hottest and humid days in May. I am a 25 year customer of American Home Shield. Not only did Airtech Mechanical Heating and Cooling comply with an immediate appointment when everyone else had me me scheduled for mid June, the service, honesty we received was the BEST we've seen from a contractor! I would recommend Airtech Mechanical Heating &Cooling to everyone.

I called joe on a Friday and he offered to come out the next day when my AC was not working. He came out on sunday morning because it was better for me. Joe was very Polite and professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. I needed a day to decide since my whole AC unit needed to be replaced. I called him back Monday and he was able to squeeze me in after his appointments on Tuesday evening. He pulled up on time Tuesday evening with a partner and they set up a EZ-up tent and replaced the Unit in the pouring rain and got my AC working again. I could not be happier with Joe and would highly recommend him to anyone. thanks Joe!

Total scam artist. Came out to fix an AC issue. Didnt do anything to fix the unit. Sent me an invoice for $225. Problem persisted.
Called them and emailed them to come back out and fix and explain what they fixed in the 2 hours they billed me for as the AC unit never got fixed. No response.

Had to call in another company 3 days later to fix the issue. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS...
