I had a really positive experience with my HVAC replacement. There were quick, responsive and professional. I'm super impressed by the quality of the installation.

This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. I made an appointment for their technician to show up between the window of 12-4pm. Their technician calls at 12pm stating he will be at my house in 20 minutes, well and hour rolls by and he still isn't here. After an 1 hour and 15 minutes go by he calls me and says it's raining they will have to reschedule for after the rain, which isn't a problem for me I can understand that. By what happened to showing up in twenty minuets. So anyways it stops raining and I call the main office, they said we will have him come out. Another hour goes by and no phone calls or technician. So I call the main office again and they just say we will see where he is then hangs up. Finally 15 minutes later a technician calls me.. well guess what, I'm longer interested in spending my money on a company that can't even effectively communicate. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

AFM Heating and Cooling is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. You won't find a better company for all of your heating and cooling needs. Quick response, even after hours, reasonable pricing.

These guys were quick! I just had my furnace break down and when I called (during a lovely snow storm mind you) - they said they would be there within 2 hours. They were there in an hour and half. They had to get the part and come back and it was done very quickly. I plan to use this company again. I recommend.

I called at 11:13am on a Saturday, and Kevin was in my driveway in less than 30 minutes. I have referred AFM to several clients over the years, and they always give top notch service.

Air conditioner went out around 6 PM and they were able to have someone here first thing in the morning at 8 AM. Very friendly on the phone along with the technician who came out. I’d highly recommend the company – – great value, fair, friendly and good quality.

Lost heat on one of the coldest days this year. Needed expedient repair on a semi-emergency basis, and Jeff was out same day with the part I needed. The repair was quick and my unit sounds great. Very positive experience.

Wonderful experience! Furnace went out, temperatures heading below zero, Jeff and Kevin responded quickly to call, arrived right when they said. They're personable, engaging, consultative, and did an outstanding job!

Same day service. Had my furnace/ac working within hours and pricing was reasonable. John was professional and explained everything that he was fixing. I highly recommend AFM and John.
