AFM Heating & Cooling

AFM heating and cooling were a pleasure to do business with. Phil, in the office, was polite and courteous. Phil was able to schedule us when it was convenient for me. The technician, Nick, came out well after his regular day was over. He was professional, knowledgeable, did his job efficiently and did some of seasonal maintenance I hadn't done yet! To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable. When I called some of the competition, the service call fee was higher and were at least a week out for an appointment. Will definitely be calling AFM for my future hvac needs.

My A/C gave out the night of July 3 during what would be a very hot week. I rode out the 4th expecting everything to be closed for the holiday, so I was very eager to get it fixed the next day. I called 4 places and AFM was the only one able to fit me in that morning.

The technicians were able to diagnose the issue quickly, had the necessary part to repair my A/C in their van, and I was back up and running before noon.

It's mid-summer and our 4 year old a/c unit stopped working overnight. I called to schedule warranty repair and was told 10 days. I couldn't believe it. I found AFM through Google and took a chance... no coupons, no fancy website scheduler. A friendly woman answered my call and she got me on the books same day. Nick showed up and immediately found the problem. He was so knowledgeable and quick to repair our unit. I'm terribly irritated the company who installed my system couldn't have bothered to help sooner, but I'm no longer their customer and very thankful to have found AFM. Will recommend to friends and family, thank you!

This was a great company to work with! They were very flexible with my schedule. Nick was very informative and was able to fix our AC quick and find the problem! I will definitely be using this company again.

Our furnace went out sometime in the night. Got up to a very cold house. Called two places, one place just blew me off, I guess they were just too busy. The other place couldn't get out until sometime next week. I Called AFM Heating & Cooling and a very nice man was able to assist. His tec. Matt came out within a few hours and found the problem. They had the part in stock and within an hour and a half had our furnace back up and running. He serviced the furnace and cleaned some connections. We are now happy and warm. The price was comparable to other companies, and the service was top notch.

I cannot thank Kevin and the team at AFM enough. We received our quote and had our new furnace and ac installed a week later. Our house is so warm now! The installers were professional and explained all of the new features. Thank you for making this home improvement painless.

Our HVAC stopped producing cool air. A technician was out early in the morning, found the problem and fixed it. Very thankful for a quick response and solution.
