AFM Heating & Cooling

After having received such amazing service from AFM on multiple occasions - they are now my go-to people for anything heating and cooling. They are prompt to respond, honest and will always give the best advice. Jeff is the man with the plan. He was so kind and helpful when coming out to service my appliances. He knew exactly what issues were, what to do, and how to resolve it quickly!

I recently purchased a home with new HVAC, didn't know who installed it when I had problems in this last hot weekend. Called and spoke with Phil who went above and beyond with recommendations, which I followed to try and find the installer and get them to honor their work. When that didn't pan out Ryan came out, on time and communicative, got the problem figured out and fixed in no time. Highly recommend!

The BEST! Simply the Best! AFM is a great company and the service tech Logan was awesome!! I will be using them for any future needs because they were the only people to answer the phone when I called several other service companies and they got there fast and answered all my questions. My fiance and I were very happy with the service with AFM. The staff was responsive and on time. The installation was clean an professional.
Everyone was so helpful as the weather was hitting a record cold that night, we were warm and didn't feel in any way that we were taken advantage of with regards to the furnace or service. I would recommend AFM.

Noticed our air-conditioner was not working Mon, 7/6/20 after 5pm. We checked several heating and cooling companies on the web and most were closed or not answering. Called AFM was was given a Wed, 7/8 appointment. Jeff called 20 prior to arrival to let us know he was on his way to our house. He diagnosed the problem, repaired, and was done within 30 minutes. Prompt, fantastic service, very professional, and we would definitely use this AFM Heating & Cooling again. We would recommend this company to our family and friends. Thank you very much. I am so impressed by this company! We called them about issues with our HVAC leaking water. They were fully booked today but offered some do it yourself advice or said they can come out Saturday or Monday. I am very thankful to them because their DIY advice WORKED!!!! At least for now and regardless the fact they just wanted to help us in the moment versus telling us to wait for a paid appointment is so kind. All our business will go to them!

Absolutely top notch service and very reasonable prices - even for weekend calls! Extremely knowledgeable technicians who were also very willing to answer questions along the way to troubleshoot an odd problem with my furnace and ducting. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC service.

it's such a refreshing experience to have a quality company such as AFM servicing my pool heater this summer. I called AFM because my mother's furnace blower was making a vibrating noise. Spoke with Joyce who answered the very helpful, she contacted Jeff there technician explained the situation and within 1 hour he arrived at our home. He diagnosed the problem and made some calls to locate the part needed and returned promptly to complete the repairs. Jeff is honest, very helpful, informed us about another possible problem to consider replacing the blower fan unit.
Called Jeff back when the blower fan began to vibrate, he was out of town. He called his office talked to Kevin tech manager, explained the problem, l received a call within the hour, a technician had the replacement part and was enroute to our house to install it.
When have a problem they are my choice to call first, great service and friendly staff.

I have used AFM both commercially at my new business where they set up all my gas equipment and at home. Dealing with Phil, Jeff and Kevin was a pleasure. I don't know if I'd be open yet if not for AFM. My furnace at home died and Kevin came over to our house. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and saw some issues immediately that were a concern. We needed a new furnace and air conditioner and he recommended we turn the new one so there was easier access( our old furnace was hard to get to and open the door ) . AFM 's price was very fair and their employees were respectful in our home.
