AFM Heating & Cooling

Kevin is without a doubt an excellent, honest worker. I called with an issue and he made sure to arrive same day! It was my second time using AFM Heating & Cooling and I will continue to use them and refer AFM! Thank you for the prompt and honest service!

Ryan from AFM came to our house this week for an AC problem. He was professional, considerate, hard working, and thorough. We also felt that the rate that was charged was reasonable.

This is the second time we have used AFM, and will not hesitate to use them again.

Called because my central air stopped emitting cold air. Jeff , the owner ,
arrived within an hour and installed the bad parts ( in the pouring rain ).
He also changed the furnace filter. VERY efficient and professional. I will

We were so happy that your technician was able to fix our 25 year old central air conditioning. He could have been dishonest and told us we definitely needed a whole new system, given how old the system is, but he was very straight with us and fixed two problems...and then there was wonderful, cool air! Cost, including refrigerant, was only $281! We had been very worried about having to pay over $5,000, based on estimates online. Thank you AFM for your integrity!

My furnace went out over the week end late Saturday night. I had no one else to turn to and after contacting a few different companies for pricing information, AFM was the by far the most courteous and understanding. They were fast with call back, told me what was wrong and came out and replaced my entire unit. They were not only on time, but early they also got the entire unit hooked up and going in less then 2 hours crazy fast. They are worth the call and didn't cost an arm and a leg, highly recommend

My hubby and I were on vacation when my mom went to check on my home and found no heat! We called all around to get immediate help and our neighbor recommended to call AFM Heating. We got an immediate response from Kevin Champagne, and he was out in my home within an hour, he fixed the issue, took care of my home, and billed us a very reasonable amount. He really took care of us while we were not even there, and was very responsive. This is our heating company for life!!

AFM has great service and a friendly staff. They fit my house in the same day I called and arrived shortly later. They were able to find the issue wrong and provided a solution to fix it that day! I would not hesitate to share AFM with everyone and insist on others calling them for their heating and cooling needs.

I called AFM to do some ductwork on a dormer addition I had put on. This company was recommended to me by a friend, who’s father had done business with them for years. I spoke with Jeff(the owner?) and told him what I was looking to have done and he said he would call me the next day to schedule an estimate. Next day came, no call. I called the following day and spoke with Jeff and he told me he forgot, was sorry and would be out 2 days from then at 1030am to do the estimate. 2 days later, no one shows up. I called again and spoke to Jeff and he, again apologized and said that he had forgot and asked if he could come out the following day. I told him it is obvious he could care less about my business and I will find another company to do the job. He reluctantly said ok and hung up the phone. Awful experience and a waste of my time.
