I have personally used you for our furnace and Air conditioning units and maintenance ( cleaning) & referred you to others . I have a elderly friend with high anxiety, she is on the list for reg tune up on air . Yr staff went out of their way , made a personal ck in with her and Walk through (for a few min during their lunch hour ?) to give her piece of mind and wrote on her furnace with marker which way to install filter . Her reg appt is in a few weeks, she is scheduled for a tune up on her unit then .
Thank you for taking care of your clients. This is not the first time you have gone out of your way , above the call of duty !

The worst experience I have received in terms of customer service and communication. We had a central air system installed. Our installation appointment was for 8am and installers did not arrive until 2pm plus the 2 day job ended up being 6 days.
The owner was not understanding and had a careless attitude while listening to my frustration. He offered nothing for the inconvenience.

Jonathan and Adrian were fantastic; they worked diligently to install a new HVAC system in our home. Their craftsmanship and concise communication are well appreciated. Thanks!
