R&R Mechanical Services, LLC

We had R&R bid on a full install of new HVAC system in our cottage in Northern Michigan. We removed baseboard heating and installed nat gas line, built in all new duct work, new furnace, new AC, new gas water heater. R&R accepted our job, even though the project was nearly 3 hours from Grand Rapids. They did a great job and we love the 2-zone system they set us up with! We had a couple of issues to work through along the way, but Gume and Oscar were intent on making sure everything got done the right way. Would highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with the whole installation experience provided by R & R. The staff was attentive to keeping us informed, careful to install our system correctly and there was no installation mess to cleanup.

I could not be happier with the professional and courteous service we received. I had a new air conditioning unit installed by another company who did a very poor job. The unit was not running correctly for 6 weeks. Moises came to the house. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything he had to do to correct the unit which had been improperly installed by a different company. I wish I would have R & R from the start. R & R Mechanical Services LLC was there for us. We had 5 companies quote our 2nd floor totally new HVAC including ductwork install. Their TEAM delivers. THEY Delivered on PRICE, delivered on Quality, delivered on Expectations, Communications and Time frame. Gume (sales), had very good ideas and recognized our needs, which were confirmed by Oscar (Project Manager). Their quote was very reasonable. They beat out 5 other companies. They started within in a week of us accepting their bid and will be done with a complete mechanical rough in, in about 6 days start to finish of installing a completely new HVAC Attic 2nd floor including all new ductwork. The furnace unit and ductwork installation was seen by two Grand Rapids inspectors whom were reviewing our overall project, but they stopped and said it was the best HVAC install they had seen. Gume, Oscar and install team of Yonatan and Antonio we are happy to have on our home improvement and will use them in the future on our first floor unit. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE, KNOW THEIR STUFF and DELIVER. WE ARE VERY HAPPY. John

R&R was recommended by a friend and am I glad I called R&R. Fast and efficient service. I had a different company come the day before. I did not have confidence in his work and cancelled him putting in a new water pump. So I called R&R. Explained everything, was very kind and its a relief to have heat again. I recommend them.
