Got a quote for HVAC system install from R&R (along with 3 other companies) after our A/C stopped working. The employee we worked with, Gume, was informative, friendly, professional, and knew his stuff. They were very reasonable with their quote and the certifications and training for their employees was impressive compared to other companies. Unfortunately, we just caught them at a busy time where their lead time was longer than we could manage and a heat wave was on the way so we went with another company that was strong as well. I highly recommend considering R&R if you are planning on a complete HVAC system install.

Tony and Donte replaced my A/C until, they were knowledgeable, friendly and professional as well as everyone that I dealt with in the process. R&R also replaced my furnace and hot water heater last year. I will continue to use R&R.

Exceptional work and professionalism from installers Antonio & Jonathan. Definitely recommend those two guys if possible!!! Will say that the administration process of employee communication, paperwork, finance approvals, etc was much more lengthy than we expected. Also, there were 7 total trips to our house by the time the process was completely finished which was a bit of a scheduling inconvenience for us to always work out. But besides that, we are happy with our new system so far and would recommend!

We had such a great experience with R&R! They put 3 furnaces in our homes: 1 furnace in our primary residence and a furnace in 2 different rental homes. The technicians we had, Adrian and Fidel, were very professional, competent and friendly. We had to have an adjustment on 1 of the furnaces in the first year and R&R came right out to make the adjustment and went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were satisfied. They stand by their products and service and it was evident with our entire experience with them. Highly recommend this company!

The staff at R&R were very friendly and professional. They answered my questions, replied quickly, and did a great job installing our new AC. I would definitely recommend them.

My contractor has used R&R for years, and I trust him. Over the course of the project the team at R&R was professional and responsive. They'd call me back right away and come up with a positive solution.

One issue remains which I'm sure we'll figure out, I was told the unit as installed would account for multiple rooms, and it turns out the unit sold to me doesn't do what is needed. I'm sure it will be resolved.

One of the guys in particular, Matt came out to my house to provide a fix for the heating system as it was installed. He also recognized an issue with our AC... found the right part, worked with me on the warranty, and got the job done right away.

Every person that has been out to the house has been professional, on time, clear in communication... all the things a homeowner is looking for. I'm just glad our contractor led us to R&R... they'll have our business for as long as we own the house.

R&R mechanical installed a new heating and cooling system in my home where I had electric baseboard heat and it is amazing! I couldn’t be happier. They were quick, and very professional. Anytime I needed anything they have responded right away. I would highly recommend.

I received services to repair my furnace previously from two different companies, and the problem kept returning. I contacted R&R and they set me up for a prompt visit, and they were very friendly. Matt A. was my technician, he arrive on time, find the real problem and explained to me and he fix it. He also answered some other questions that I had about my current furnace, and he clearly answer me al my questions. Matt did an EXCELLENT JOB and price was fair. Fantastic. Everyone I dealt with in the company was excellent. They took my job on very short notice, showed up off hours and did a great job. It was a unique mini-split installation on an RV. Highly recommended. Great transparency.
