Les is awesome! He has been to our home several times for maintenance and repairs. He is very kind, upbeat and always efficient. Does a great job explaining what the repairs entail.

I have used Bel-Aire for over 20 years beginning with the installation of my air conditioning unit. I have used their service faithfully and the have not been disappointed. Always a pleasure to speak with Susan Meeth for scheduling and Brandon for quality service. Bel-Aire is very fortunate to have both representing the company.

Alex had no idea as to what was wrong with the humidifier system on my furnace. He arrived and didn’t waste any time checking to see what was the problem. He had to work around a wet basement and all the buckets and towels I had on the floor. Once he finished checking out the furnace and humidifier, he explained to me what the issue was how it occurred and what he needed to do to fix the problem. I’m very thankful you have a competent employee working for you who knew how to find the problem what he needed to fix the problem and then fix it. Thank Alex and BelAire.

I have had Bel-Aire service our heating and cooling for several years. They always do a great job. Ellis is always professional, on time and courteous. When my 30+ year furnace finally needed replacement, Bel-Aire gave me several options and let me decide which system to select and was prompt with installation. My home is actually warmer than with the previous unit and my utility bill is lower with the efficiency unit I selected.

Brandan did our maintenance checkup today. He was VERY nice, efficient -- did an awesome job! Hope he gets recognized and even better awarded for the great work he did for us today!!!
