Dave is terrific, knowledgeable and takes time to answer and explain things. I actually requested Dave as I enjoyed him before. Customer service/scheduling on the other hand specifically (Adrienne) was horrible! Actuality this is the second time I've had a terrible experience with customer service. This alone would make me want to switch HVAC companies.

I had a new mini-split installed. The remote controller just wouldn't function properly to signal the unit. Bill L. @ Bel-Aire Heating and Cooling researched my options and obtained a controller that works perfectly. My thanks to Bill and everyone at Bel-Aire for excellent service, quick response and their professionalism.
Brendan repaired our A/C and determined that we needed a new thermostat as well. A week later, John came to replace the thermostat. Both young men were polite, capable and professional. Thank you, Bel Aire!
