Worst experience! Company sent an inexperience tech to my mother's house for 12 hours on a Ssrurday. Was also there the night before where everything in the furnace turned on and worked. He started replacing parts without testing for the problem the next day. Replaced many parts and burned out many others. Tech tried to get help from his boss and several other techs but no one would call him back after trying for 4 hours. Burned out circuit boards, transformers and who knows what else. According to two other heating people, it probably was a easy fix. Had to purchase a new furnace after destroying several parts. ( no heat for 5 days). The guy left a bill for almost 700 dollars and a furnace that wouldn't turn on. Had to fight with the manager about the bill. Still charged me $125 for destroying the furnace. I blame the company and the manager for sending a tech out without backup! I would advise everyone to stay away from this company! Will be contacting the owner too! I don't usually write reviews but this experience was beyond frustrating! Would give them zero if I could. I hope their $125 bill is worth the negative review and a letter to the owner.

The Bel-Aire team have always been professionals. Lles was no exception. From his heads-up phone call to his departing good wishes, he was thorough, used his ‘indoor’ socks every time and gave us a great tip on the lifespan of our A/C unit filter. Recommend Bel-Aire and their maintenance team to anyone. The maintenance agreement is worth every nickel.

I have a very old Lennox Pulse 21 furnace and it stopped working in the middle of the night. I called at 8am when they opened and got a very sweet lady who assured me I would have a serviceman out to my home by 5pm as they were already booked for the day, but she would definitely get me someone that same day. At about 4pm I received a call from Colin saying he would be at residence shortly. About 20 minutes later not only Colin arrived but another serviceman named Keith arrived. Both Colin & Keith did a complete check of my furnace and they determined it was a sparkplug which was not giving a strong enough spark to ignite the furnace. The only problem is that the furnace is made in such a way that it is almost impossible to get to the plug and if you can get to the plug it may be almost impossible to remove as it has been in there for 26 years. These two gentlemen never gave up in their attempts to remove the plug and worked tirelessly using numerous tools to attempt to get the plug out. Their hard work paid off as they were able to remove the plug give it a through cleaning and the furnace fired right up. They also did a carbon test on the heat exchanger and all checked out fine. These two servicemen are two of the finest, they never gave up when it came to removing that sparkplug. Thanks to them I now have heat. I highly recommend Bel-Aire and request these two guys to do your service as they are excellent workers and they truly know their job. Also a shootout to the young lady who took my call and arranged for the same day service.

Mark came in (between rain showers!) and went to work. He informed us what he found during inspection on our air conditioning and what he was going to do about it. He was thorough, efficient, and highly professional, as all Bel Aire staff have been during our 20+ years of experience with them. Gary has been to our house many times for BelAire. Today was for an annual inspection cleaning of our central air. He let us know everything he was doing and reviewed his findings with explanation. Would highly recommend.

Service provided by Bel-Aire on Friday, April 27 at 6422 Meadowview, Kalamazoo, MI, , was excellent. Gary cleaned the furnace, checked all he fittings and, most important of all for me, Gary fully explained each of his procedures and how the equipment was working. A job very well done.
