Bel-Aire Heating & Cooling

We've always had great service from BelAire. They are always honest with us about the need of any repair or new parts. We will probably always do business with them.

The technician was professional and courteous. Did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my AC system. Detected that the capacitor was marginal and informed me. I am grateful for this before it burned out and did damage to my system.

Loren did an excellent job. He was on time, very professional, thorough and happy to explain how we can help our HVAC system become more efficient.

We had our air conditioner run out of Freon in the middle of a 90*+ heat wave. I initially called a competing company and was told that there would be a $120.00 emergency service fee for them to come out the same day, despite my having paid to be a part of this other company's "VIP" program, which it turns out is not so VIP. Not wishing to pay that large of a fee, I called Bel-Aire Heating and Air Conditioning, and was told that they would not only come out that same day with no emergency service fee, but when the work was done and the Freon was recharged, the total cost was only $13.00 more than what the other company would have charged me for the emergency service fee. I was very pleased by the service that we received as well. Our technician, Oney, was fantastic and gave us recommendations as to how to keep our very old air conditioning unit running for a bit longer. When we replace said unit, we will definitely use Bel-Aire Heating and Air Conditioning to do so. I highly recommend using Bel-Aire Heating and Air Conditioning.

I really don't know just what to say about Dave Taylor, we have had him so many years, looking out for our heating and cooling, nothing new to say, He is the best. so going to adlib here, He is not only great with our machines and things, he is Great looking and so friendly, wouldn't change him for anything.You go Dave..

Do not hire them. they are rude and argent. no communication. sent out kids that didn't seem to know what they were doing. brand new furnace and it doesn't work. they are not even in a hurry to come back and figure it out. They didn't even do all the stuff they needed. Should have been done in May it is now Nov and furnace is still not working.

On time, efficient, smart. We've worked with Bel-Aire for about 7 years and Llies for most of those. We are already set up to our maintenance tune up in the fall.

Both Loren and Tom have been outstanding technicians! We appreciate their efficiency, friendliness and hard work. They seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows!
