    AMAZING! I have had to reach out to CMR 2 times in last couple of months. Once for an AC unit at our office, and just recently for a broken furnace at our house. (it was 7 degrees outside). Not only do they provide exceptional service, but they go above and beyond to make sure we taken care of in a timely manner. They understand the true meaning of getting the job done. I have broken furnace, its cold outside. I have a 2 year old who can't sleep in a cold room. My furnace will be installed in a few days, and until then CMR delivered commercial heaters to my house so that I can keep the upstairs warm. We found out the furnace broke on a Sunday right after the christmas holidays. With 1 phone call, they had a technician out within 15 min. They make it simple! I know the products they use are quality, which means my investment will last. I can't say enough good things about this company. Great service, Great follow up, and Quality Products

    While I have previously used CMR in the past and they have been professional and reasonable, I would like to make other customers aware that they are not up front or transparent about their fees. I recently called to ask about a previous water heater they had installed and for which they are the primary servicers. In response they sent out a service member who told me that I had already done the exact solution he came up with and that if it didn't work that they would order a part and fix the solution. This interaction took <5 minutes and could have been answered over the phone as was originally intended by the call to CMR but was not given an option to do so. Instead, they sent a $100 invoice for this service which would also be added to any return visit cost of $100 for any further visits (i.e. to double dip a service charge on the same problem). At no point was it discussed or mentioned that calling CMR would result in a $100 bill no matter the call or solution. As such, I do not believe that CMR has poor communication in this regard and I would strongly recommend another provider.

    The co-owner Andy Bobo contacted me about this and stated that a customer should inherently know a $100 service charge would be imposed no matter the question. Nor did he see any role of making sure that the people answering the phone should communicate the options of speaking with someone or having them come out for a in person service or to state that all service calls are a $100.

    I recently had to upgrade my 20+ year old 80 efficiency furnace, a/c and water heater so I got 4 quotes from local shops and after meeting with them all CMR was my choice (not the absolute cheapest but the best product/service to price ratio for sure). I'm very glad I went with them, my old furnace was in the middle of my finished basement which made venting the 96 efficiency furnace the main challenge. Andy and the installers where very knowledgeable and helpful, the venting pipes look great (very discreet) and while the section of drywall ceiling was opened up they even ran a gas line at my request so I could convert my outdoor grill to natural gas. I'm really happy with the products they recommended as well as the installation, for the first time since we moved into this "fixer-upper" it is completely comfortable inside. I would absolutely recommend CMR to anyone in need of service or a new system.

    We were in the market for a whole new HVAC system (furnace, humidifier, air conditioner and thermostat) and had our usual contractor come out for an estimate. I think it's reasonable to assume "estimate" means taking some measurements, really assessing the situation, and recommending the best equipment for the situation. Well, our usual place did not do that. I was ready to just go ahead and pull the trigger, but wanted at least 1 more estimate.

    CMR was able to come in with almost no notice. They were polite and professional. And they did an actual ESTIMATE. And it was the owner himself who showed up.

    Needless to say, we went with CMR. The install went without a hitch. They even brought space heaters in case the temperature dropped too much during the installation (it was really cold out).

    CMR has been great to deal with. I would recommend them.

    CMR mechanical is a great company. Our AC went out during 90 deg weather. Andy came out ASAP to give us an estimate on a new unit and brought with him an industrial strength window AC unit to get us through until the real AC unit could be installed. Their pricing is competitive but even better is that their service is top notch.

    As usual CMR was quick to provide service for our 20 year old furnace which was refusing to ignite. Tech Eric Fields was thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. Easy fix for him, huge relief for us. Will continue to use CMR and Eric!

    I highly recommend CMR. They installed 2 new furnace/AC/humidification systems and a new hot water heater in my home, and they were the most professional installations I've had in any of the homes I have owned over the past 30 years. I show my new systems off to everyone who comes over, and encourage anyone needing new mechanicals or some maintenance of existing systems to contact CMR.

    Our 1950 house did not have central air conditioning, unfortunately. Once we decided to remedy the situation, Andy Bobo from CMR promptly came out and conducted an estimate. He scheduled install within a week and was very responsive (even texting me directly with updates).

    During the installation, the power went out for the whole neighborhood. This meant they couldn't complete the job...on the hottest day on record this summer! Andy called me immediately and told me to text him when the power came on. When the power came back-he sent someone, after hours, to complete the job within an hour!

    We would definitely recommend CMR. All their employees were professional and kind. Great customer service and results. Thank you!
