Had air conditioning installed in ductless 1957 home. They were quick with quote, always on time and had it installed in a very short period of time, coordinating with electrician who worked with the same timeline, consulting me on every step. I am so pleased with the Mitsubishi system and the job they did.

We selected CMR for our HVAC retrofit after vetting no less than 5 companies. Our job included retrofitting our old farm house with: new ductwork, furnace, A/C and a mini-split Mitsubishi for the 2nd floor (sizable residential job). Andy Bobo was the main point man and co-owner of the business; Andy reviewed our options and was responsive, fair and professional the whole way through. It was a pleasure working with our lead installer, Scott. Scott and his partner were always prompt, professional and respectful of our home. They even adapted their work plan when possible to account for my often napping 18-month old daughter. The work itself is pristine, professional and operates flawlessly. It is clear Scott treats his craft with care, professionalism and respect. As long as I live within their work range, CMR has my business. Even the city representative who inspected the job upon completion said, there is no doubt, for HVAC, CMR is the best in our area.

I have had several service calls for my AC, and have received excellent service. Charlie has handled 3 of the calls. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He advised me of all the checks done on the system and preventative measures. Would highly recommend CMR.

CMR Mechanical did a great job installing a new Bryant furnace in my house.

Andy Bobo came over during the depths of the winter holidays and discussed clearly and knowledgeably what he thought my house needed. His quote was equivalent in price to a quote from Koch and White. But he was clear about exactly what his guys would do -- including lots of little stuff like removing an old, messed up humidifier, cleaning up the electrical wiring, putting in a new condensate pump and line, etc.

Despite the holiday season, he got his guys in within a week. They did everything he said they would do and made a neat professional job of it. Andy called a couple of days later to check that everything was OK, and I have no doubt that if I had a reasonable complaint, he'd have someone over quickly to take care of it. These guys have my highest recommendation

They responded in a reasonable amount of time. My air conditioner failed in the middle of a heat wave. They were very professional. Explained how to care for my new air conditioner once they installed it. They charged me the price they quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was a construction manager for 15yrs on $100+M jobs so I'm pretty picky about my contractors especially with my own home. These guys were clean, fast and courteous. If you are in the Dexter/Ann Arbor area, use CMR. PERIOD.

First time homeowner and have heard a lot about some of the trades. How they come late or jack up the bill etc. Not the case with CMR. Charlie was on time and wrote out literally everything he did as well as called me at work to explain it. They were on time did what was asked and charged exactly what they promised. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
