Great service!! They came right over and fixed our Rheem water heater valve that had malfunctioning and stopped working. This has happened to just about everyone that has bought a Rheem water heater within the last two years(malfunctioning valve)

I think they must have gone out of business because when I call the phone number, you can hear faint voices in the background for about 3 seconds and then the phone hangs up. There is not an option to leave a message and clearly no one is answering the phone. Their old number must have been reassigned to a new customer. This was the company listed on my A/C panel and HVAC unit, unfortunately. That being stated, I am going to try out Haley out of Dexter, MI, since they are nearby and they appear to actually be in business and taking service requests. It's a shame though, my A/C unit stopped working today and it was brand new when the house was built in 2018. Come to think of it, that could explain why American Heating & Cooling went out of business

They came out to fix my garage heater. The tech poked around with the wires for a bit everything seemed to work. We paid, but 30 min after he left, the heater went back to shorting out again. I called to have them come back out and spoke to multiple people who all assured me that they would call me back and figure it out. I never got a call back. I left several messages I even tried to stop in and schedule a time for them to actually fix the problem, but they didn’t have the store manned during working hours. Now every time I try to call it goes straight to voice mail. Terrible service.

Do not use this company, they are the least accommodating and least responsive service I have ever worked with. I should have checked their reviews prior to calling. Turns out I’m not alone with my issues.

This vendor is either completely dishonest or completely incompetent, I'm not sure which - possibly both. They installed a new AC as sub in the last house I built. It lasted about a year before needing a recharge. After the warranty expired, I brought Robertson Morrison in to diagnose it because it was failing again. They found the coil to be leaky. I ended up replacing the whole thing. I built another house and, despite my objections and because I like the builder, I let them use AHC again. The unit is either under capacity or under performing, since I can't hold 74f if I bring guests into the house or if we have a 95 degree day. I'm currently planning on replacing or adding a zone, again using Robertson Morrison, and am going to go after my builder to hold this contractor accountable.

Man called & showed up hours early. Even better, he had the part on his truck! We have heat again! We always try and use this Livonia based company.

this company installed a heating and cooling system in my new home two years ago, I need some service work done,but they do not return my calls.
