We recently bought a house and it needed a furnace and ac replacement. Robertson and Morrison where the only company to come out and actually give a quote, everyone else ghosted on us. It was actually a blessing because these guys did a fantastic job. Crew came at 8 this morning and finished up around 2. Everyone was great, and the price was reasonable. They're my go-to hvac guys now.

just had them replace my AC unit. I got an estimate quickly, they were able to fit me in their schedule quickly as well. The installers were on time and did the job in 1 day. When I need a new furnace I will be calling them again

They came out the same week we called, showed up on time, fixed our ac in a short amount of time, and the repair was much cheaper than we expected. Repairman was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to wear a mask when interacting with us.

We've had Robertson Morrison assist us with our heating and cooling needs for years now. They've always shown a strong commitment to us as a customer and demonstrated top notch expertise.

Twice in the past ten years we've had sudden failures of our air conditioning unit on a rental property that we own and Robertson Morrison was out within 24 hours to replace the unit. Both times they responded immediately and solved the issue with minimal involvement from us.

On our own home they've been out multiple times to diagnose airflow issues that leave areas of the house colder than we'd like. In these cases they've demonstrated vast knowledge for heating and cooling and helped us balance the temperatures to our comfort level.

Recently we had a zoning system installed by them which has not only made our house more comfortable, but installation was quick and easy. Their professional team showed up on time, installed the system quickly and then spent ample time teaching us how to use the new thermostat and walk us through how the system works.

Robertson Morrison did the original installation on my HVAC system several years ago. Since then they have done every bit of service in a timely, professional manner. They have bailed me out of more than one emergency situation and I will continue to turn them whenever I have any needs for HVAC service, repair or replacement.

I found Robertson Morrison Inc via Aprilaire's website and had never heard of them before. After going there for a simple part for my humidifier I was blown away at the customer service. I did not catch the woman's name who help me but everyone in the office seemed to be very cheerful and happy like she was. She showed me that the instructions were on the back of the box for installation even with out me asking. Although I hope I never have any issues in the future with my HVAC system, if I do I will definitely be calling them.

Excellent job, skilled work. Robertson-Morrison offered us good selection of options, then crew made a clean, crisp installation (home furnace, A/C, and water heater). Updated and cleaned up old plumbing close by, as well.

I can't say enough good things about Dan and Bob from RobMor! They are customer oriented, professional, do what they say they will do, and conscientious when working inside and outside your home. I highly recommend Robertson Morrison; they are the "A" team for HVAC in Ann Arbor and the surrounding areas! :)
