They responded promptly on Christmas Eve!

Robertson Morrison installed a new HVAC unit in my place in 2013. I have just found out that they installed the drain pipe incorrectly, causing it to leak into my downstairs neighbors' unit. They also left a broken T junction on the master drain pipe, which would allow water from upstairs to leak into mine.

Needless to say I won't be asking for work from RM again.

Knowledgeable service guy but $165 for a travel fee + 1 hour labor to tell me to ask my neighbors how they fixed their HVAC issues just isn't acceptable when the issue wasn't resolved and no actual work was done.

Joe showed up on time and did an outstanding, detailed checkup and cleaning of our heating and cooling system on our house.

Greg (after hours tech) was very helpful and nice.

New furnace and AC install. Very professional, left everything clean, answered all my questions.

Quick to get a technician out. Randy was very nice and helpful.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to Kathy who was very unprofessional and rude. Would not use them again.
