Extremely satisfied with our recent duct cleaning and repair. Dawson and Tyler did a thorough job cleaning our HVAC duct system showing before and after pictures along the way. The day of service they were the same, right on time, focused on installing everything correctly and in a timely manner. They were polite, accommodating and thorough.

I had my vents cleaned on 6/19/23. My house hasn’t smelt this good in many years. The guys were very professional answered my questions showed me before and after pictures very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend everybody having their vents clean and cleaned by American Heating and Cooling.

Bill was great! He came and diagnosed a non-working furnace due to a flooded basement (power knocked out during storms). He was very informative and knew right away what needed to be replaced. They were able to squeeze me in the schedule to fit my day and that in itself is worth 5 stars! Great job!!

American did a great job with the install and support of our new construction home. We have been very pleased with their timeliness and execution of the work.

Never used them and never will. Maybe they train their technicians to drive erratically while sporting the company logo on their truck? Or maybe they had an American Heating and Cooling emergency? But driving my child home from school only to have their truck fly up on us and continue to ride my bumper until I turned and they raced to their heating and cooling emergency. So if their technicians are unable to comprehend speed limits and distance I certainly wouldn't allow one to install anything related to my home.

Very fast service. American installed this new furnace in 2020. Yesterday it stopped working. (On a Sunday) I left a service request message and office called me at 8am Monday and scheduled service for Monday. Two hour later Tech showed up. I took 1 minutes to fix problem, Two double A batteries in thermostat went dead. We had batteries and Tyler replaced them and furnace came on. While he was here he did a quick 15 minute cleaning. Furnace was under a 5 year warranty but we had to pay service call. We paid $169 for the service and this kind of shocked me. We used American to come out in maybe 2019 for a pre winter cleaning of our old furnace and it cost $69. It's just hard to believe service call went up over 140% in 4 years. It's a great company and they gave us great service. Maybe that's the going rate. Next time something happens with furnace I will call around to other company's to check service charges.

Furnace went out in rental and needed replacement. It was Dec right before big storm. Guys were there the next day and
Installed new unit. Up and running before noon. Great service and quality equipment.

American Htg and Cooling is always on time and professional. Tom has been our favorite technician for several years. Very friendly and personable! Wouldn't trust anybody else with our repairs and maintenance.
