My a/c wasn't working on the hottest week of the year so I call American Heating and Cooling. They came out within 4 hours and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes.

I received a text telling me that a technician was on the way. This was very convenient. We appreciate the communication. Technician did a thorough job and explained what he doing. Also, did some troubleshooting on the humidifier.

It was my landlord that had American Heating and Cooling come out and the gentleman was very professional and very nice.

Bill was very professional and knowledgeable, got the furnace serviced well and helped us out.

Was pleased with efficiency and speed of installation and the professionalism and clarity of office personel.However I am very particular and thourough.After the installation I applied sealing tape to where furnace screwed to duct work and applied extra tar ( 1 gallon) to roof jack on the exterior of rooftop.Overall pleased and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

The serviceman, Bill, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue.
