I have used this company for several years and they have done excellent work for me.

MCOP—- had them help me. I’m hoping quality is good, I got this survey after they left so didn’t get chance to see if there is a difference yet. Man was polite as approaching me with what he had to do, then polite as he told me he was done.

We had a problem with pressure switches in a new furnace, but they responded quickly to each service call. They we’re very responsive.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest spring days and over a holiday. I called American on a referral from a relative. They called back and came the next morning to assess the problem. This company is great, responsive, friendly, and professional. We're still waiting for call backs from other companies! Call American first. You won't be disappointed.

A great business. They have taken care of my furnace for 16 years.

American's service man was a young man, well trained and very professional. Found the problem in SECONDS. Capacitor was showing zero on the multimeter. A quick R&R and the AC is up and running.
They gave us the Veteran discount too.

Thought i had a problem with furnace, called on-call last night, Cody was great. Bill came today to check out the furnace and everything is ok. Great people, always prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced.

Definitely thank u all so much would definitely recommend this company big-time my mother just passed away a few months ago her furnace went still having a hard time with her loss thank u all so much u guys rock and please have a great merry Christmas

We would highly recommend this family owned company! When building our new home, this was the most reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company we used. They did a great job installing our new heating and AC system.

Office staff and technicians have all been so wonderful. Super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a blower motor that needed replaced, and when it began making noise they were right on it to make sure I was happy with it. Highly recommend.
