Overall not a great experience. I had them install a new gas line for a dryer, install a new gas range, replace the kitchen sink, install a new toilet and vanity and replace another vanity. The first guy, Joel, they sent w as very good. However subsequent guys lacked the attention to detail I expexted, especially given their rates which are nearly $200 per hour. For example, my bathroom floor is sloped so instead of trimming the bottom of the vanity to level it, the guy just shoved some blocks of scrap wood under the front of it. Also the toilet doesn't appear to be straight. Another isue is my brand new gas dryer didn't have any heat when I ran it. Well the guy didn't turn on the gas valves on the new line they installed after they connected the dryer. Obviously it wasn't tested. The new gas line was never painted as required by the town inspector and they left their pressure gauge on my gas line and didn't cap it off. A lot of issues considering the amount I paid. Plus they said they were more expensive because they focus on the details. I would not recommend using Wellesley Plumbing.
All the service pros are great. Petr came out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. He fixed our problem we've been dealing with for months. GREAT company!
Bob L:ynch from WPH was very responsive with getting me a quote and fixing my basement bathroom, especially when we discovered a corroded sewer ejector pump and he quickly helped us solve the problem.

Did not show up for his appointment. Did not answer texts. Not reliable.
