    During one of the hottest times of the year our A/C went out. When I called the Lynch Company, someone was at my home the same day, determined the problem, ordered the part and returned four days later to repair the blower motor. Very responsive, professional and fast turn around time. We were very happy with the level of service and professionalism of The Lynch Company. A/C is working great nowđź‘Ť

    Our furnace stopped heating on a Thursday at around 5:30 pm, a quick call to Lynch and Andy answered right away and had a technician to us by noon the next day - the Technician was very professional, tracked down the needed part, drove to Marlboro and quickly installed and got us up and running. Kudos to Andy and his team at Lynch!

    I would highly recommend the Lynch Company. We returned from vacation a few weeks ago and our hot air heating system was not running. A neighbor in Sherborn recommended the Lynch Company and the same day after phoning them their colleague Andy came and checked out the problem. He was obviously very knowledgable about our Trane system and identified two potential parts of the system that could be faulty. The thermostat was signaling the system to come on but it would not ignite. Andy quickly secured the parts through a contact at Trane and although there was a little delay in their availability he returned within a day or two and installed them and it started immediately. During his examination of the Trane unit Andy explained what he was doing and investigating, not that I understood everything exactly. The two parts eventually replaced were provided free under warranty as the unit was under two years old. I will certainly use the Lynch company in the future if there is any problems with our HVAC system and also for routine maintenance or modifications to the system when needed. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough based on my experience.

    This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend the Lynch Co . The technician was knowledgeable and professional and did not try to sell me the most expensive repair but rather fixed the immediate problem and then gave me all my alternatives and choices. Once well informed I felt I was able to make a decision reflecting a reasonable cost and I understood the condition of my furnace. I trust Lynch and Co!!

    The Lynch company is absolutely excellent; I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I replaced my furnace 15 yrs. ago, the new one had about 3 yrs. of problems, due to an issue with the control boards for that type of furnace. Once that was corrected & the board replaced, it ran perfectly for 10 yrs., until a power failure & surge in my local Eversource elec. grid, burned out the control & motor boards. When they got replaced, the furnace again had weird problems, just like before. For 2.5 yrs. when I would try to describe the issues my furnace service people didn't listen & they made several very expensive repairs, which didn't fix the issues. Andy & Kevin at The Lynch company were the only people who actually listened to me & understood. Kevin found the real problems, explained what was going on to me & fixed it. At first I was reluctant to try Lynch, because they are quite expensive, but I am so glad I did. They were worth every penny.
