    If I’ve to identify an unprofessional and unethical business, this business would be the best example. I recommended this business to my landlord to fix the A/C. He called and scheduled an appointment for it. They never showed up the first day and didn’t even have the courtesy to update that they couldn’t show up. They rescheduled the visit twice in 2 days and the technician never showed. There is no update about the no show. When I call the customer service they just tell the technician will call and it never happens. I waited for them for two days and they never showed up. Once the customer rep told the manager was so busy in attending meetings so he couldn’t update. If you can’t keep up on your commitment and don’t have the courtesy to update and make people wait, then don’t commit to anything. The last time I spoke to the customer rep, he was so casual about it and didn’t even provide any advice. He was like ok. The most annoying thing is they charge $89 upfront and don’t show up. This is heights of unprofessionalism. Save yourself some time.
