Excellent job! The installation was started on time and moved right along flawlessly. The two men (“David and David!”) we’re polite, professional and responsive in every way. Couldn’t ask fir more.

We bought a a rental cottage in Mashpee with a failing hot water boiler by a company who is not longer in business. Craig worked though a number of options given the challenges of the space and poor plumbing infrastructure. We also had an aggressive timeline! Couldn’t be happier with the final solution and the heat and hot water is way more efficient in my summer cottage than my own home!

Excellent company. They are efficient, as their name states, and do a great job. They arrive when they say they will be there and are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

From the go the team at HE was fantastic to deal with. They are responsive and attentive to every detail. There office manager Ginger is delightful. I can’t say enough about them. I want to thank them for such a positive experience.

They installed HTP “combi” boiler and programmable thermostats. Arrived when expected and finished early. Behaved professionally throughout process. Excellent follow-up after installation.

I had my unit put in December 2016 and have still to receive my rebate for my Air Conditioner. Paperwork has been resubmitted to MassSave several times but each time it's been wrong. UPDATE AS OF 9/25/18 NO REBATE. I STOPPED CALLING MASS SAVE TIRED OF SPENDING A HALF HOUR AND PROMISE IT WAS SENT FOR REVIEW. IF THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE RIGHT TO BEGIN WITH!!!

I used to use High Efficiency for two different resorts I managed on the Cape, and they were amazing. I just recently used them for my home and they did a great job. Thank you guys so much!
