High Efficiency

I had an semi-urgent situation involving my 90 year old mother's hot water system in her house. I contacted them late the night before, and they had replaced by next morning. They were quick. They were professional. And they were very reasonable in cost. A shout in particular to Chris Roger, Braxton Ewing and Craig Melanson. Thanks guys. And thank you High Efficiency.

Excellent at all phases of installation, service, and maintenance. It's not simply the Hands-On aspect of HVAC, it's communication with the customer. Craig made sure that I understood the entire process when installing a new tankless hot water heater, write down to scheduling routine maintenance. The technicians are professional and trustworthy and do the very best they can to finish the job in a timely manner to protect your bottom line. I recommend high efficiency two people in the construction trade as well as friends of mine looking to make their home more comfortable.

They arrived on time. Performance was outstanding. Very professional. Replaced my entire heating and AC system. I had a problem with it being too hot upstairs and now it’s wonderful. Excellent instillation Great workers. Had ac installed in June. It's now the middle of October and still no rebate. The office filled out forms and sent them unsigned twice and left my mailing address off the form. If you need the rebate quickly don't let them handle the paperwork

After installing a gas furnace & water heater combo, we had some problems, loss of heat & hot water a few times in Cold weather, I asked them to flush the system, instead, they drained it, not flush'd. The result was damage to the cerculation pumps on (2) separate, occasions. To make up for all of our trouble, we were given a (2 year maintenance contract , yearly service to done in fall before the cold season), the first service visit under this contract they sent us a bill !!! When I went in to speak to them, someone new there told me that the person that wrote the contract was no longer there, things escalated to the point of an argument, finally got a call from an owner of the company who informed me that they would not honor this contract, we spent $ 10,000 for this system and that same person that took our money of which I have his company card that says he is a partner of( high efficiency) can't give a contract to a customer, would you trust these people?

I am very pleased with the quality of the products and services provided. I started by having a Mass Save audit done in coordination with the other part of this company, Cape Cod Energy Solutions. As a result of the audit and recommendations from High Efficiency, I installed a tankless hot water system in lieu of my 2 hot water tanks. I also had mini-split heat pumps installed throughout the house. I bought the house a few months ago and it didn't have AC so the mini-splits will both cool the house when the weather is hot, but will also be a more efficient way to heat the house in winter. My house has both an older portion, and a newer portion and this resulted in some challenges regarding the installation of the mini-splits but High Efficiency solved it all beautifully.

The customer service focus, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of all the staff at High Efficiency LLC allows me to recommend them very highly. I am very satisfied and look forward to a continued relationship with High Efficiency as they will provide ongoing support and service.
