High Efficiency replaced my oil tank. Josh and Colin did a great job! They worked quickly and efficiently and did not leave any mess. They even took my old oil tank so I didn't have to worry about it.

I am excited about my new AC installation.Due to the layout of my home I never thought I could have A/C other than units in the windows. Craig Bishop came out and scoped the job coming up with a creative, efficient way of allowing me to have a /c with the open floor plan that I have. I'm amazed at how quiet, and powerful this equipment is. Thank you to the crew who installed it as well. They were very respectful of my home, being neat and clean throughout the install. Spent around 15k to install furnace and AC systems-was promised that will get free 1st year maintenance check up. After maintenance check was somehow done - received bill! Overall sloppy job always had to watch them, they always looking for shortcuts just not to do it right. Majority of the staff seemed to be very unprofessional. Also almost forgot to mention One of their "champions" went to restroom took a sh**t just upon arrival to my house - without even asking for permission! Would never hire them again!
Better stay away!

High Efficiency installed a high efficiency gas burner when we converted from oil to gas. They helped us tremendously through the entire process, making it clear what steps we needed to take and helping us understand the timeline. They followed up with us on getting a Heat Loan and helped with the paperwork. When it came to installation, the technicians were careful of our belongings, worked extremely hard to keep the time without heat and hot water to a minimum, and did careful and professional work. They explained how the new system works and what to watch out for and how to avoid problems. We were extremely happy with their work and their thoroughness. We would highly recommend them.

They were on time and finished in less time than anticipated. After the installation, High Efficiency was front and center when I had questions, needed assistance or adjustments, and to help me understand the nuances of the system .and how to operate it effectively.
