Owner surly. Charge for return visits to check inquiries. Install expensive equipment w/o inquity, Charge return check, don't fix.
Home cold. Senior; disabled combat vet. Once recommended VERY highly b/c techs so nice. VERY disappointed now. Wonder if this is how they like their "family" treated esp seniors.

I had an emergency at the house when our A/C failed with 4 guests coming. Fortunately Coastal was fast and efficient. 1 new thermostat later we were ok again. Alex and his assistant were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

To be honest, a couple years ago, I had them come out to give me an estimate. Somewhere along the lines I felt as if I lost communication with them.

2-3 years later we're selling our condo and only had 2 weeks to get the ac/heater units fixed. They honored our previous est., opened up their entire schedule to work around our time frame and keeping in contact with us if something changed. I've spoken to many different people and they worked effortlessly to get the job done.

I don't know what happened in the past, I probably overseen an email or whatever, but I have no doubt in mind that they are the people to go to! Very friendly and very informative.

Hands down - these guys know their business! Mike - the owner and his team were incredibly responsive to our HVAC issues. We had 4 other companies attempt to asses the issue and after thousands of dollars and no solution - Alex figured out the issue and did quality work to fix it in an expedient manner. customer service was top notch. Don't bother going anywhere else. Ask for Alex.

Great company with expert installers. We love our mini split system and use it all the time. They service it for us and always do a great job. Would definitely recommend.

After having talked with the owner again to sort it all out again. He assured me that the motor initially put in was indeed the right size motor and his tech did confirm it. He may not be very service orient as I'm dealing with some competing information about the parts needed. After doing my own validations with the supply house, yeah I can say he's not BSing me. Bottom line is I can take his word, and his quote is good.

Super fast response and extremely nice people. Our AC broke in middle of summer and they came out as soon as convenient for our schedules. Unfortunately we need a new unit next year but they were able to fix ours for this year. We will definitely use them for our new unit and maintenance needs!
