Coastal Heating is reliable and the work is superior to other companies we have used. The technicians are very professional and on-point with addressing any issues. We have been depending on Coastal Heating for several years now and have no complaints.

Tony is the best in the business. Have been using them for HVAC maintenance since 2009. Always knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Will continue to use them twice a year without hesitation and would gladly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Terrible sales rep. I tried calling to offer my service. I also need HVAC. work done at my house. She was very disrespectful and i don't appreciate her attitude. Honestly get a new sales rep.

I was very pleased with Alex who was the technician. He was thorough and explained what he found during his service. He was pleasant and exhibited a sense of knowledge and enjoyment during the tune up. I was very satisfied with this service call.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever had dealing with a company. They came out on a Tuesday in February to service my furnace, which had been working all winter, and by Tuesday night the furnace was no longer working. When I called Wednesday because I had no heat they didn't get back to me until 10am and by 1pm I decided to call again to see what the hold up was and their initial reaction was to look for a part that would cost $400+ instead of actually seeing what was wrong with the unit. Luckily around 4 o clock after missing work I, myself, was able to get the furnace working again no thanks to Coastal. What they told me was to go find another heating company and that they wouldn't charge me for the service. Of course, they did charge me for the service anyways and when I called and left a message complaining the owner called me up the next day threatening me and telling me "he was going to beat my head in". There are a lot of other companies out there, do not use these people.

Our central air conditioning died on the hottest day of the summer. When I called Coastal they responded right away and fixed the problem. The service was excellent! I would highly recommend them.

Jay was extremely professional and very knowledgable. He figured out what was wrong the the heating system and repaired it quickly. He was also very kind to my son who is a hockey player as he and his brother were back in the day.

The workers arrived early, worked all day without a lunch break, until the job was done. They were universally competent, efficient and careful not to disturb our garden.
