Coastal Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

John was on time and performed the AC annual checkup for 2 condensers in 40 minutes. I just checked the condensers to see if the leaves were taken out from within the insides of the two outdoor condensers. They were not. Although there weren't many leaves, the floor was covered encouraging rust. So minus one star for rushing. They referred me to a vent specialist to get additional intake vents which no one else caught over the past 8 years. Their rates are better than others and they seem more knowledgeable.

Never had a bad experience with Coastal air conditioning and heating. We only use one service tech from the company because he knows the house and does a great job Alex is the best coastal is the best

Had them install ductless in my house.
Very professional and neat. On time.
Kept within estimate.

Just can't get things done have to call them every now and then and it happens again something or other with a same unit. Thought they have good reviews and are local but looks like they don't want to give up and also don't want to do right job very disappointed , I hardly give any bad reviews but it's pain to do it. Will get back to this review if any thing changes but looks like would be hard for them to make it happen..

Always courteous on the phone, prompt service, professional crews. I've used Coastal twice for my A/C repairs and they have exceeded my expectations both times.

I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. After performing preventative maintenance, our furnace stopped working and Coastal was very unresposive and unhelpful in getting us back up and running. It was overall a very stressful situation.
