Thank you so much for the quick and great service! My heat randomly stopped working before the big blizzard last Friday and I was so worried we were going to stay without heat during the storm. I called and left a voicemail Friday morning and got a response the same day and had Alex come out to fix our heat a few hours later. He was kind and professional and fixed our heat promptly! My experience with this company was awesome to say the least. The Service technician was second to none. His level of expertise on working with a high efficiency condensing boiler & tank-less water heater was outstanding. He fully inspected the entire system & replaced my expansion tank as well as purging the system to run at maximum efficiency. I am very happy with my newly installed Heat Pump. Looking forward to my reduced heating bill. The owner (Mike) is very responsive to any questions that I have. His cost blew away my 3 other quotes. The Coastal team was very professional. I had 2 units installed outside and 5 units in the house. There were 5 workers there for the day and completed in 1 day. VERY Impressed! Coastal is top notch. They are knowledgeable, great customer service, competitively priced and just overall AMAZING. Alex their technician was incredibly professional, knew exactly what he was doing and just made a huge problem into a simple solution! I will recommend them to everyone!

The fan blade in one of my AC units broke in the middle of the night. I called a different company that I had used before. They charged $129 just to come out. The tech took the cover off the unit, removed the fan blade, and told me he could not tell whether the fan motor needed to be replaced, or the compressor. He said he could do the fan motor for about $1,200, but if it wasn't that, we'd have to spend even more. So he recommended buying a new unit for about $4,800. He also said that he'd never heard of a Goodman AC before. Then he charged me over $200 for "diagnosis" - in addition to the $129 fee. I called Coastal for a second opinion. They sent someone out the next day at no charge. He took a look at unit, recommended replacing the fan blade, and I got a written estimate that night. Within a day, the part was in, the repair was done while I was not even home, and the whole thing cost less than I paid the other company to do NOTHING. I will be calling Coastal in the future. Kara
