Coastal Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Technician who came to service our air conditioning unit was totally professional, neat and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and thoroughly. As an added bonus he was polite and friendly.

Our HVAC was leaking. Coastal provided prompt service. Alex the technician recognized the problem and resolved it.He then explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it in detail. Very professional and great service. I have used Coastal in the past and will use them for future needs.

Heater died on a very cold Friday. Rick (I think) came out right away and squeezed himself into the tiny crawl space which is our basement to quickly diagnose the problem. He then immediately went looking for a part. We thought it wouldn't be til Monday that the heat would be back on, but he did some digging to get the part needed, installed it right away and the weekend was saved.

Great communication from their office (Lisa) all along the way. Clear explanations, nice people and they like dogs. Hope I don't have to, but next time something breaks, I'm calling them again.

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, He explained what/how the problem happened and how t would be resolved. Have already referred your company to my next door neighbor and my nephew in Brockton. I worked with Coastal Air to have a ductless air/heat system installed in my home. From the beginning, they were prompt and courteous with any questions I had. They helped me get through the MassSave process and paperwork requirements--quickly and painlessly. Yesterday, John and Chris were at my home right on time. They worked tirelessly to get the job done. they were fantastic. Not only were they professional, but they were so nice. They took their time to go over the system and the remotes with me and answered all my questions. (And I had a lot of them). They also cleaned up and removed all of the boxes/trash. I called Coastal this morning to tell them I swear they left the areas cleaner then they found them. This is a great company to deal with!!!

I make no exaggeration when I say we have spent hundreds (if not moving into thousands) of dollars on 5 prior 'experts' regarding a temperamental issue with our HVAC system not working properly and over-heating. Lisa called me back within 30mins of my voicemail and set up a next day appointment. Alex arrived on time (with prior notice given when he was on his way) and I explained the issues we were having in detail (as it's been going on a long time). Within 40mins Alex confirmed he had found the issue and fixed it and also advised us on some minor work we may wish to get done proactively in future on some small components. Our heating has been working beautifully since then and we could not be happier. We will absolutely use Coastal Heating & AC again in future. THANK YOU!!!!

Coastal has been a lifesaver. They are easy to book appointments with, very responsive and also very informative on the work that is needed. I own a few properties and have been able to call Coastal Heating with any heating issues I have had. I needed HVAC services in a hurry and just the week before Christmas. Although very busy and not always running on time, they came out multiple times until the problem was diagnosed and fixed. They charged me for only the initial diagnosing problem then did the fix on their dime. I was treated very fairly and respectfully. Highly recommend Alex and Lisa and their crew.
