Jack showed up on time. Did a thorough inspection of 2 air handlers and 2 ac units. Changed filters and provided me with a very detailed description of potential issues as well as guidance and suggestions. Every detail was explained in a way that was easy to comprehend. Jack also made sure there were no outstanding questions or issues before leaving. Great overall experience!!

Fast & good quality service. Ryan was quick to diagnose the heating issue, which apparently was due to a valve failure, and triaged it quickly by speaking to Lennox, arranging for the parts and finally installing it. I should also mention about Deb, the front desk support specialist who was great with communication on the appointment and status of parts arrival etc. She responded to my queries quickly. Will highly recommend Precision to others.

I recently converted my oil boiler that was installed in 1972 to gas as well as updated my central air conditioning and could not have been happier with the service I received. From the initial call to the office to schedule an appointment for an estimate, to Tim coming out to give me the estimate to the final product. Josh, Beau, Ed, Gil and their helpers that came to my house were very professional at all times and really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for service or a new heating system or ac.

Ryan and Logan arrived at my house promptly at the agreed upon time. (Rain had called me the day before to schedule an appointment and talk about the problems I was facing). They were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it within an hour of being here. Both men were very nice, professional, and punctual and I highly recommend their services.

Precision H&C swapped out a 20 year old wood pellet furnace with a heat pump. They showed up on time, kept me informed of what was going on, and finished as quickly as they could. We'll be calling them when the water heater gets too old, too. Yeah, I'd recommend them.

I would give Ryun more than 5 star if I could!! First time using Precision cuz I saw many good reviews on Google. Now I know why! Ryun is very professional and friendly. Located the problem real quick, explained the problem and answered our questions patiently. The price is very reasonable too.

Besides, they send email notifications for appointment, invoice etc, which I like a lot as a younger generation. They do a good job in many details. Would definitely recommend this company to others!

We received texts on the day of our appointment to update us on the technicians arrival time. Ryun and his trainee Jack were early in arriving and had called us to let us know. We appreciated the courtesy.

Both techs were friendly and polite. Ryun asked us to explain our cooling system issue and listened attentively as we did. He grasped the issue quickly and then inspected our unit.

After the inspection, Ryun clearly explained all the various repair/replacement options, up to and including an entire new system. Ryun was familiar with Mass Save cost reduction incentives and informed us of them.

After receiving an estimate, we chose to have the techs replace the parts they felt were causing our system failure. They had the new parts in the work truck and installed them quickly and without issue. They showed us the worn out parts they removed. We were able to make payment with a credit card which Ryun and Jack processed on site with their laptop.

Based on our very positive experience, we intend to follow up with Precision on revamping our entire heating and cooling system in the near future.

Updating my review: honestly these guys are great. We have been using them for a few years now and I always have the same Tech come out Ryun is great!
They do not try and upcharge you on anything, they will explain things so you can understand and they are efficient with their work!
Just have to say- call this company. Very knowledgeable, friendly and came out quickly with an issue we thought we were having.
Pricing is amazingly fair, and they know their stuff. We even were able to get them earlier than the scheduled appointment! These guys are our new HVAC company- no need to look elsewhere!
