The service tech Jack was quick to help me understand the issues with my AC system. He was articulate, patient and knowledgeable. He also explained preventative maintenance options to proactively address future problems. I highly recommend this company as well as Jack Alexander as a service technician. So fantastic to get your AC up & running quickly during a heat wave!

I highly recommend Precision if you are in need of a new AC system or replacement. Our 15 year old high velocity system finally kicked the bucket and we desperately needed it replaced, since our Cape style house gets especially hot in the upstairs bedrooms and we have a newborn. Precision was able to set up a consultation and installation very quickly, and was very up front and reliable with their communication with us. Shout out to Josh who was absolutely fantastic with the replacement and installation, great guy and did an amazing job installing our new central air unit. Overall we couldn't be happier with the level of service we received!

We realized we had an issue with the HVAC when it was 91 degrees the other day! Reached out to the owner Tim on a weekend evening and he was able to squeeze us in for a temporary repair with his service tech lead Ryun the next day. We were thankfully without HVAC for only a day and appreciate your prompt and immediate service. Ryun was awesome super friendly, gave my kids company coloring books which they loved! Thanks again for getting us cool and up and running again until we replace the unit.

My wife and I want to say thank you for the great service provided by Josh; a head technician at Precision Heating and Cooling. In short, our central air went down in the middle of the heat wave a few weeks back and Josh and his partner Tyler were at our house within the week to install a brand new cooling and heating system in a day. They were courteous and respectful of our wooden floors putting down tarps for protection and kept the work space clean and orderly. Upon completion Josh clearly and concisely walked us through all the components of the new system. Highly Recommend Josh and Tyler and The Precision Team!!

just had a new heating/A/C system installed in my house- these guys were amazing- in 3 days everything was completed - looks excellent and I am very happy! cant say enough good things about this company- from Deb in the office to the two guys that came to install- very professional and extremely helpful!

I was in need of repair for our furnace as it was not staying on or maintaining the temp in the home. Ryan came to our home, services the furnace, explained options going forward and ordered the part for replacement. He came back within a day to install the part. After installing the part the furnace was still shutting off. I had text Ryan to tell him and he gladly came back to my house - late - and stayed till the problem was fixed and we had heat! He was great! Very knowledgeable and very polite! Would recommend Precision heating!

Thank you Tim, Ed, Tyler and team that worked on installing the ductless mini splits in our home. We received a few quotes and decided to go with Precision for the combination of price and professionalism. The work they did was very efficient and detail-oriented. In the midst of a heat wave we lost our beloved A/C! I called numerous service companies and the wait was well over a week. Precision (Ryun Therrien in particular) was given an outstanding review by some of our neighbors, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I called and they were able to get us in the same day! Ryun was extremely professional and even reached out to let me know he was running late. He arrived at 3:30 (as promised) and our air conditioning was running smoothly by 4:00.
