That was by far the best decision we (my wife and I) made choosing 128 plumbing for our furnace problem. They were very responsive the minute that we called them to address our need for heat. A professional was sent first thing in the morning to diagnose our furnace malfunction. Options were shown and explained to us in order to take care of that matter.
128 plumbing management was able to send two great guys the very next day to install a new furnace and explain the process all along.
We are very grateful and can’t thank enough Ron and Raphy for their professionalism, hard work, and punctuality.
Now, our home is warm and cozy again!
Recommending those guys is an under statement. They are simply well qualified to resolve any plumbing, cooling, electricity, and hvac issues.

I am amazed by the team that installed our ductless air conditioning system (Mitsubishi mini splits). Wayne, Jared and their other team members were highly professional and personable . They proactively explained everything they were doing and made sure to ask for my input with any decisions for the layout and look of the system. I recommend 128 for all services they provide as I’ve used them for other services in the past. If you’re lucky you will get Wayne and Jared for your installation team.

Ron and the crew, from Evan to Eric to Leslie (there are more to the team, sorry can't remember all the names) are TOP NOTCH! We have become members with 128 Home Services and they are incredible across the board. We just had Matt come by our house from the 128 Plumbing team after our water heater started leaking this weekend. He was timely, personable, and super helpful!!

We had a tankless water heater installed. The workers were here all day and did an AMAZING job. They were polite, respectful, and very clean. They made us aware of any changes or adjustments that had to be done along the way giving us the choice to add on or not. Would highly recommend!

As always, 128 was incredible and we will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and electrical projects! Ron really went above and beyond for us for our central heating / cooling system replacement. Jorge was very professional and thorough. He made sure to explain what he was doing every step of the way, and made scheduled maintenance as easy as it could be. He took pictures and then shared them so I could understand all of the elements of the service, he asked before using a chemical spray in case I had a sensitivity, and he was mindful of my cats! I could not have had a better experience! Thank you!

128 did a great job with our new heat pump systems. Ron the crew leader was outstanding: he kept me updated on progress, asked if I had any questions and more importantly than anything, he and his team reviewed the full install with us. Best possible experience. Installers were extremely professional, punctual, thoughtful, friendly, and helpful well beyond the call of duty. They even found small issues around the house that they helped us fix free of charge while they did their work. The result was a state of the art mini-split AC/supplementary heating system throughout our large, complicated house that is seamless, beautifully worked into the exterior, and flawless in performance. We will ALWAYS use this company in the future whenever we can.
