I love using 128 for our heating maintenance. Their service packages are great, they label everything, take photos and show you what they did (before and after). We had Luis today and he was kind and professional. I’m so glad he was assigned to us today. He cleaned up our boiler system in places we didn’t know existed.

I had the pleasure of working with a member of the 128 team earlier today. I had a light fixture/chandelier that I attempted to install myself, but ran into issues that could have been from the previous owners setup or my complete lack of electric work knowledge. I survived to tell the tale, but was in need of a true expert. The 128 team member was knowledgeable, able to fix the issue within 30 mins or so and for what it's worth...was also just a very funny and great person. He was masked the entire time and made sure to double check any questions with me before performing any fixes. I had also blown out the dimmer on the light switch and he was able to replace that free of charge. Always great to get good reliable service and I will definitely be using them again for any other needs that the company provides. Great work!

I just wanted to take a moment to comment on the great service I received from the 128 Technician that came to my home today for an Air Conditioning check-up and maintenance call. He was extremely professional and he did an amazing job. I wish more companies had people like him. He called well in advance and gave me a 30 minute window of arrival which I appreciated. He came in and inspected the furnace/ air conditioning unit in my attic (not a great day for that as it was probably a 100 degrees). He changed the filter in my furnace which was well overdue, and cleaned the air conditioning system outside which was filthy. My guess is the prior home owner never cleaned it. The air conditioning unit is sparkling and looks brand new. He took lots of pictures and explained everything he did in layman's terms so I could understand all the steps he took to ensure the system was reviewed thoroughly. I was very impressed by his level of maturity and professionalism and and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for doing such a great job and his wonderful personality. He definitely gets an A++ for customer service too.

We used this company as an emergency plumbing service on the weekend. Matt did a great job diagnosing the shower hot water issue and fixing a line that we needed to shut off for the winter. He had all the parts that were needed on hand and was efficient and thorough. He was very respectful of COVID and wore a mask and booties in our home for the job. The company was also very responsive to questions. Would definitely use this business again. 10/10.

Working with the 128 Electrical Team was great. Their communication and responsiveness is 2nd to none. We had our panel upgraded to 200 amps as well as some dedicated circuits added around the house & a new motion flood light outside. The entire electrical team that we met were professional, friendly & thoughtful. (Nick x 2, Sean, Kris, & Cash) Everyone arrived on time, clearly explained the work and were respectful of our house. (They were also great to our dog which is much appreciated). The work was done on time and done well. We had a few minor issues and tweaks needed after the initial work was done and they were extremely quick to respond and come back to address them. Would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done to their home.

128 did a wonderful job dealing with an HVAC unit replacement on the roof of our Boston townhouse. The unit needed to be replaced quickly as the winter weather approached and we didn't have heat. Leslie was incredible and arranged for technicians to come out immediately, arranged for a crane for the old and new units and helped answer several of our questions. Ron and his team did a wonderful job on installation, explaining the process as they went, also answering several of our questions and going the extra mile. Ron, Leslie and the whole team were professional, efficient and did a fantastic job -- all while expediting the process in spite of supply chain issues. Thank you 128!

Jorge the technician called in advance to give me a heads up on ETA which was on time and exactly as expected. He was very detailed, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend 128 Plumbing for your service needs. I appreciate that there is someone knowledgeable who answers the phone every time you call them. It is rare to have this level of customer service and responsiveness for maintenance and repair jobs like these. They will be my go-to in the Boston area for all relevant jobs.

I had ductless minisplits installed in my 100 year old house. From start to finish, EVERY interaction I had with 128 Plumbing they were pleasant, patient, professional and knowledgeable. They answered my (many) questions, gave me multiple options to suit my needs, requests, and budget. They informed me of progress and gave me the chance to ask questions and make decisions all along the way. They could not have been more thorough.
Ron and Miguel did the installation, and they were just a dream team. The project went so smoothly and Ron was so wonderful and patient with my questions--you could tell he really loves his job! They were so respectful of my space...even covering their shoes with booties when in the house so as not to track dirt/leaves in. And they cleaned and vacuumed and left each work area in probably even better shape than it was previously! I absolutely loved working with this whole organization...especially Kevin, Mia, Leslie, Ron and Miguel. I have absolutely no regrets!

From initial contact through installation the communication and professionalism were great. Mia and Leslie in the office helped with every aspect from Mass Save documents to following and following up on our install. Paul did our install and communicated with me step by step, explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I am very satisfied with the installation and would recommend 128PH!

Wayne and Jared did a great job installing our Mitsubishi mini-split system. Wayne spent the time with us to make sure that the system was designed and placed in a way that worked best and that was agreeable to us. They were great to work with. The electricians that did the electrical portions were also professional and efficient. We were very happy with the service.
