Top-Notch workmanship and excellent customer support. The power lines were pulled off of our house by a tree that fell during a storm. We needed to have new wiring and the electrical meter reattached so that electricity could be restored ASAP. James kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to acquire the necessary parts for the job. The final cost even come in lower than the estimate.

I had issues with my AC during this latest heat wave. They were faster to come out than any other company. They diagnosed the problem quickly, were super friendly, and very timely with everything. I would recommend them again!

As Trustees of a small building in Chelsea, MA we invited this electrical service company to provide solution with fixing of an intercom system we have had in our building many years ago.
We met the technician, Taylor, early in the morning 8.10.21, and he got access to one of our apartments, disassembled the intercom unit, and left dark stains on the wall. Then, continued to our basement and gain access to the electrical panels. He then came out with two class 2 transformers - each worth maximum $20 - he was able to burn both of them one after the other. He finally told us that the intercom unit cannot be repaired unless we invested over $1000, and he charged us $220 for the visit, in which he essentially manifested his lack of expertise. This electrician has zero decency and very low professional demeanor! I recommend to steer away from this company’s services. A disgrace.

They were terrific in setting up the appointment, alerting us when they were on the way and James was friendly and efficient. Took a look, quoted a fair cost and replaced two kitchen lights with ease. Definitely recommend JB Pride to anyone needing electrical service.

We got a quote from JB for a large electrical project in our townhouse. We appreciated the professionalism, courtesy, and calm demeanor of the tech who came out to look and provide the estimate. I also appreciated how the estimate was broken down into 5-6 separate quotes for each leg of the project. The pricing seems reasonable for the work we need done. Although we do plan on getting a few more quotes just to be sure, we are already leaning towards using JB Pride to re-do the electrical systems for our apartment. Will update if/when we do use them. I had a major electrical problem in my home. Two previous electrician calls were made, each one worse than the other. Then my brother referred me to JB Pride. I can't say enough about this company. They came in, found the problem and fixed it beyond my expectations. Their professionalism is only surpassed by the skill of their employees. I have a major upgrade to add to my home that I have put off for 3 years because I needed to find someone good enough to take on the job. That issue is now resolved. JB Pride is preparing multiple options for a major job to be done this spring. I can't speak highly enough about this company or its employees. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking electrical, plumbing or HVAC work for their home.

Nick and Thomas came to install my Interlock kit for my generator on Saturday morning. They were very professional and customer oriented. They also assisted me with starting the generator and walked me through the process of locking out the main panel and selecting the circuits to power from my generator. James also stopped by to check out the job, he was very knowledgeable about the trade. Would highly recommend them!
