Called JB Pride Inc. and the company got the job done within 3 hours leaving me extremely satisfied. With their highly professional skills, they installed our GENTRAN system and saved us from an electric outage. Thanks to JB Pride Inc., we now have heat, hot water, and don’t have to waste our gourmet foods.

Honestly as a women who is needing something repaired within my home it can feel kind of intimidating to allow a stranger in at any point. So it was very comforting to get a text of the technician (with a photo) who was coming to my house with their full name so I didn’t just let anyone in. John was super professional and efficient and didn’t mind that I had two very friendly cats who needed to know who he was haha

I will most certainly only be using this company for any future repairs and HVAC services.

JB Pride removed knob and tube and rewired our second and third floors. The work was done expertly and efficiently. The electricians were knowledgeable, always kept us informed on the progress, and were considerate of keeping our living space functional while working in our home.

I called JB for a second opinion after another company suggested my AC unit was too old to fix. JB had Dave out the day after my initial call. He diagnosed a different problem and fixed it the same morning at a fraction of the price of a new system. I can’t say enough about these guys. They now have new customer for sure! We had buzzing and popping coming from our panel. Colton arrived on time and quickly found and fixed the issue. He then went above and beyond testing and tightening the remainder of the panel, making sure it was in top condition. He was friendly throughout and I look forward to using him again in the future.
