James installed a Tesla charger for me. He showed up on a Sunday on time, professionally installed it. His fee is very reasonable and he is very courteous throughout the process.

I’d recommend him to anyone, who needs his services and experience.

Let me put it this way, I ended up paying $400 to change a light fixture. I had called them to replace the breakers in my panel, they said it can't be done, I asked them to replace my panel entirely, they refused to do so because it's in the kitchen and they needed to move it, which would cost me about $3000. The panel has been in the kitchen for 70 years in my apartment, no incidents have happened. They would rather leave me with an older not so secure panel than replace it where it is. The technician was very polite and pleasant to work with, he said the issue was that the company wouldn't allow him to replace my panel in the kitchen. I will look for another electrician who can replace my panel where it is, if not I'll leave it as is. I still had to pay them full price for coming by so I had them replace a light fixture that I could have done myself. I don't think I'll use them again.

JB Pride did a great job with my recessed kitchen lights that had difficulties that another master electrician was unable to resolve. James arrived on time, kept me posted electronically of the arrival time, informed me of my options and then fixed the problem. I highly recommend JBPride.

JBPride replaced all switches and outlets in the house last spring. They also performed the annual maintenance on my whole house generator last month. The work on both jobs was fantastic.

Installed fans in two bedrooms in our house and they did a great job! They also brought in a carpenter that cut holes in our ceiling medallions that are original to the home. They communicated to us a couple of potential concerns down the road with the wiring in our older home. I would recommend them highly!

Dishonest pricing. I asked to have someone come out to move the location of 2 pendant lights. I was told it would cost $250 for the first hour and then they would give me an estimate if more time was needed. Technician who came out said $250/hr was only for "service calls" and that this job would be $1,100. I was very clear about what the job entailed over the phone.
