This was the second time we’ve hired JB Pride and again James was fantastic! He assessed all of the outlets we wanted to replace and some meter readings for a thermostat in our bathroom and gave us a really reasonable quote. He did an excellent job of explaining everything that he was going to do.

He took meticulous care in keeping his work area’s clean and tidy. He also took the time to take a look at our electrical panel to make sure everything in there looked good.

I would highly recommend JB Pride to anyone looking to have electrical work done in their home.

James came out to install recessed lighting and a switch for us. They came out to give us a quote the next day and to work the following week. They were very professional and super courteous (trying hard not to wake our sleeping toddler). The work was done well, we would definitely use them again.

EHC is excellent -- I recommend them 100% I previously had them out a few times to evaluate our HVAC system and provide a second opinion on several issues. Then, when I found myself without heat last week (in the middle of February!), they were the first people I turned to. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked fast to help me get back up and running. What I love about them: They are always on time. They know their stuff and are incredibly patient about explaining the work and answering all my questions. They are incredibly thoughtful about minimizing debris and cleaning up afterwards. And they do not overcharge (on more than one occasion, they've recommended against expensive work that another company probably would have tried to talk me into). Thank you to James, Molly, Scott, Tom, and Colton for being true pros and for helping us get heat back when we needed it!

We had an entire Mitsubishi 5 head HVAC system we needed replaced after an electrical surge in November wiped out all our heating during thanksgiving. James came to check it out within two days and was super informative, professional and direct. After struggling with insurance (pro tip, always report to insurance - usually surges are covered) we were able to pull the trigger and book to start the work within a week. Molly and Thomas were our main HVAC and electrician techs and were very communicative and helpful in explaining the process and “gotchas”. I feel 100% more knowledgeable about my HVAC and how to run it efficiently.

In addition, I was working from home the entire time and they were very gracious - hardly noticed them as they performed the work over 4.5 days. After the work was completed, I noticed a noise and they came back to check it out and fix the settings so it was no longer a problem. Can’t speak highly enough of the team.

Colton Dyer from EHC was my assigned technician. He was very responsive, kept me informed about the arrival time. Inspected my panel, explained what the problem might be and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and I had a wonderful interaction.

JB Pride was quick to respond to my situation and was able to send a technician on the same day as my call and within 2 hours. My technician Tyler Carver was wonderful. He was able to repair the wires that had been torn off my home by a large tree in a Nor'easter quickly and professionally. He was pleasant and quick to smile even when he was working in miserable weather. Thank you again!!
