I called last week to request an inspection of a Mitsubishi internal unit. I described the issue over the phone and they said they could send someone round on Friday, 11/5. Friday came and a technician actually came to our front desk area and told me he would "be back in 5 minutes with the rest of the team". He never returned. I called this morning (Monday 11/8) to find out what happened; the representative called back a bit later to say "It turns out we cannot help this request, so we will have to cancel it" with no further explanation offered when I asked. So they ultimately wasted our time and didn't even explain why they couldn't fulfil the inspection appointment that they themselves had given me. Maybe they fix AC units to an amazingly high standard, I'll never know, I can just say my experience was poor customer service all around.
