What a disappointing experience we endured with Surner Heating. The assessment completed on our house was completing botched – the result was a bid that jumped up thousands. Representative Bernie Rock didn’t account for inadequate return ducts. Horrible customer service – excuse after excuse, the common theme was they were “too busy”. When we weren’t getting an excuse we were blatantly ignored. Never got a call back from management either. Invoices were void of details. Work order never provided. Details never provided either. Big details like Parts and Labor. I made a good faith payment after waiting 6 months for a reply with yet another plea for an account review. Surner’s response? A late fee added to our bill. I’ll pay the late fee AND I will buy our oil from a competitor. Looking for a new furnace? AVOID SURNER HEATING.

Customer service is terrible also.
Find another suppler, there are plenty in the area.

A 125 gallon minimum is way too far fetched. Our household relies on one income and they ask that we pay 500 dollars minimum. It's now winter and our house is stuck without hot water and heat... unfair.
